Booking & Reservations
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (school holidays). However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable unless due to veterinary emergencies.
Yes, a deposit of £20 or 25% of the total stay cost (whichever is greater) is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final bill at check-out.
Yes, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights. This helps us provide the best care and allows your pet to settle in comfortably.
Care & Safety
Rabbits must have current Myxomatosis and VHD vaccinations. Guinea pigs should be health-checked by a vet within 3 months of arrival. We can arrange vet visits if needed.
Absolutely! We can provide specialized diets, medications, and follow specific care instructions. Please provide detailed instructions when booking.
We have established relationships with local veterinarians and will contact you immediately if any health concerns arise. Emergency veterinary care will be provided if needed.
Facilities & Services
Our rabbits stay in large outdoor runs with weatherproof hutches. Guinea pigs have spacious indoor enclosures with supervised outdoor time in good weather.
Yes, we provide high-quality hay, pellets, fresh vegetables, and bedding. You're welcome to bring your pet's own food if they have specific dietary requirements.
While we understand you miss your pets, we find that visits can be unsettling for the animals. We provide photo updates and are always available by phone for any concerns.
